Hinckley All Sorts - Couch to 5k Group
Whether you want to lose weight, train for an event, or simply enjoy exercising with friendly people whilst exploring your local area, our beginners running group offers something for everyone.
Wednesdays, 6:30pm (Beginners.) Couch to 5k Group starting 5th June for 12 weeks. Led by a qualified and insured Run Leader.
Wednesdays, 7:30pm (Intermediate) Group starting 5th June for 12 weeks. Led by a qualified and insured Run Leader.
If you are a complete beginner to running with a low level of fitness, where you can try and start within the first 2 weeks. However if you have a base level of fitness you will be able to pick up further along the weeks - ask the Run Leader for more advice.
