Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game. Our sessions are full of fun, laughter and good competitive football. Suitable for all aged 60 and over, regardless of gender, ability or prior experience. Along with the physical benefits of being active, the opportunity to socialise with like minded individuals provides countless social and psychological benefits also.
