Major investment to create new workforce opportunities for sport and physical activity sector
Sport England are investing £1.2 million into the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA)Open in a new window over the next two years.

Review into UK Coaching Certificate aims to break down the barriers that stop people coaching
The Sport and Recreation Alliance will lead a review into the framework that supports current governing body sport coach-education programmes.
It will look into the current state of coaching and the necessary changes needed to get more people from diverse backgrounds into coaching.

It is hard to believe we are one year on from CSP's being tasked with testing the principles of the new Sport England Coaching Plan for England. It only seems like yesterday that Coaching Leads attended CSP roadshows across the country, but so much has been achieved in the 12 months since.
