10:30 - 12:00 Boys and Girls Year 8 and below (Ages 5-13)
12:00 - 13:30 Boys and Girls Year 9 and above (Ages 14-18)
TUESDAY
15:30 - 17:00 - U15/16 squad training for boys and girls
18:00 - 19:00 - U13 squad training for boys only.
18:45 - 20:00 - Senior Mens Training
Touch Rugby Training (Women/Mixed)
SATURDAY (during August)
13:00-14:00 - Fitness Bootcamp (HIIT)
