Youth Mental Health First Aid One Day

MHFA are campaigning for sport and recreation staff and volunteers to have mental health training as part of their skill set. They are looking to train 5000 people by 2022, and are able to offer this course free of charge for people who work with young people aged 8-18 in the West Midlands.

1st4Sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Multi Skills Development in Sport

This qualification is designed to prepare learners for deployment as independent coaches of multi-skills and physical activity and will introduce learners to the principles of coaching fundamental movement skills and sport specific skills via the planning, delivery and review of a series of linked and progressive coaching sessions. The qualification is recognised as the industry standard Level 2 multi-skills coaching qualification, alongside the Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development in Sport, which is a smaller coaching qualification.
