About IAP Programme Officer
Activity Alliance is the lead partner for the Sport England funded Inclusive Activity Programme and the Sainsbury's Active Kids for All Inclusive PE Training Programme. These programmes aim to increase the confidence and competence of coaches, community activators, health care professionals and school staff to provide positive experiences in sport and physical activity for disabled people.
We are looking to appoint a full-time Programme Officer to support the delivery of both of these training programmes. This represents an exciting opportunity to work with a range of partner organisations in order to improve the provision of inclusive activity across the country.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with a range of people at different organisations. You will need to demonstrate strong administration skills and have the enthusiasm to help make active lives possible for disabled people.
This role is a fixed term contract until June 2020 with the potential for an extension subject to programme funding.
You will be part of a dynamic, driven and innovative Activity Alliance team responsible for programme delivery.
Location: Sport Park, Loughborough
