Delivering an effective recruitment and onboarding process for the Foundation will be a key part of this role, including supporting managers with drafting job adverts/role profiles, posting jobs on job boards, setting up interview arrangements, drafting offer documentation, supporting onboarding checks.
You will support Foundation departmental managers in the planning, coordination, recording and evaluation of a comprehensive staff Continuous Professional Development programme, as well as support the delivery of learning and development activities across the Foundation covering recruitment, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and HR systems.
This post will also draft, develop, and implement Club/Foundation HR policies & procedures, and produce management reporting information for HR activities when required.
