The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with relevant professional experience within a Community Sports and Coaching role, with a confident approach to delivering high quality services and activities. This role requires strong time management and prioritisation skills in order to be effective.

EPIC Partners is a well-established charity and due to demand for our services we are requiring new staff. Our staff are drawn from a variety of backgrounds, but we have one common purpose, to enrich the lives of the communities that we serve.

The successful candidates will be looking to grow with our organisation and become a leading and inspirational figure for children, young people, and communities in Inner-City Nottingham and be able to demonstrate understanding of the importance of Safeguarding and Child Protection in sport.

The successful candidate for the position will ideally: Understand reporting requirements, have a confident approach, and has excellent timekeeping, communication, and programme delivery routines.

We are looking for a high achiever who has ambition to progress in a growing organisation. The successful candidate will be able to drive and have access to own transport and carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the level of responsibility of the post.

You will have a sport coaching qualification or working towards one and extensive experience of working with young people, knowledge of basic sports strategies, and good communication skills. Epic requires our Sports Coaches to adhere to the high standards that is demonstrated across the team to ensure all young people enjoy and engage in uplifting sporting experiences.

The responsibilities of the post require the post-holder to have substantial, unsupervised, and daily contact with children, young people and their families and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring check.
