The current Coronavirus pandemic has changed how we live and work for the foreseeable future. We are restricted in the choices we make, the places we can go, and even the people that we can see. Naturally, this has left many of us feeling stressed.
Despite its gloomy appearance, lockdown has brought positive change, too, as people have more time to do what they love, change their habits and explore new hobbies.
In this article, we wanted to spotlight on how one of our Board members, Keith Fraser, is using lockdown to positive effect by "forming new positive habits."
So, here are two of Keith's new positive habits:
- Exercise at least once every other day for between 20 and 30 minutes
- Contact members of family and friends he hasn't spoken to in a long time
Keith adds these habits don't have to "be strange or out of the ordinary, they just need to be positive for you. Don't' try and impress anybody else, just do what's right for you"
