CPSU Time to Listen workshops

Safeguarding and protecting is paramount to great sport and we have been delighted to deliver Welfare Officer training through the CPSU Time to Listen workshop.

Attendees have included prospective Welfare officers from Golf, Swimming, Judo, Martial Arts, Hockey, Korfball, Basketball and other sports.

In partnership with Together Active, Think Active and Sport Birmingham the virtual workshops have explored the role of the Welfare Officer and discussed scenario based case studies.

In recognition of the need to support children in this challenging time, we are making a donation of £194 to the NSPCC/CPSU, equating to £2 for every learner that has attended a Time to Listen workshop since September 2020.
