Adam Warden: Workforce Development Manager
Workforce Development Manager
Adam has strategic responsibility for our workforce and people development work. This includes developing relationships with key national and local stakeholders to ensure there is a focus on coaching and workforce development linked to Sport England investments and local priorities. He also has overall responsibility for funded projects and programmes such as Coach Core apprenticeships and volunteering.
Adam is currently leading the strategic and operational workforce delivery for Birmingham and Solihull's Local Delivery Pilot (Active Communities), developing plans to support communities across Birmingham to be more socially, physically and civically active.
