There is now a choice of 5 trainers to support and motivate you every step of the way, telling you when to walk and when to run. Grab your trainers, download the app and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Happy Feet Fitness

A great course for complete beginners, those returning from injury or anyone wanting to get more active.
It starts with a mix of walking and jogging and progresses gently to continuous running , you will be able to run 5k by the end of the 12 week course.
It is all done at your own pace, no one is ever left behind. Our experienced leaders will be there to support you every step of the way.
