Our Running Groups
Running is a very social activity and can help keep you motivated, especially when running with friends or as part of a group. We host a lot of groups across the city which do not cost anything to participate. We have couch to 5k groups, 5 to 10k programmes as well as social running groups. What Equipment do I need?
- A pair of trainers
- Shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms, socks and t-shirt
- High visibility clothing if you are running at night or in poor weather conditions
