Public Health England: Better Health - Every Mind Matters
COVID-19 has impacted the whole country; for almost everyone, life has had to change fundamentally. Research shows that since the start of the pandemic there has been an increase in a range of mental health conditions for adults, from low wellbeing, sleep problems and anxiety to depression.
But there are things that people can do to support their mental health and wellbeing at this time.
On the 18th of January 2021, Public Health England launched their Better Health - Every Mind Matters campaign to support the nation's mental wellbeing with the encouragement that "When things aren't so good out there, make inside better".
MIND - Mental Health & Physical Activity Toolkit
Our friends at MIND have launched a new Mental Health & Physical Activity Toolkit, aimed at helping sport, physical activity and mental health providers to support and engage people experiencing mental health problems in physical activity.
The Toolkit consists of 10 guides, with each guide providing tools, templates, guidance and good practice case studies to help organisations provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for people experiencing mental health problems to be physically active.

Rehab 4 Addiction - Mental Health
Rehab 4 Addiction is an advisory and referral service for people who suffer from alcohol, drug and behavioural addiction.
They work closely with rehabilitation centres and outpatient clinics throughout the United Kingdom and the admissions team match a patients' addiction with an appropriately placed rehabilitation centre.
